Mix in seasonings, additives, and cure meat efficiently with the LEM Big Bite Tilt Stainless Steel Meat Mixer. This mixer has a 50-pound capacity in its easy-to-clean, stainless steel mixing tub. LEM's Big Bite Mixer utilizes three tilt positions 90° for easy unloading, 115° for easy filling, and 180° for storage. This mixer works with the LEM #12 Big Meat Grinders or larger. The Big Bite mixer features stable legs that help from slipping and help with uneven surfaces. A clear, acrylic PMMa cover and crank handle are included. A grinder/motor is not included.
