This listing is for a 10FT Section of True 18 Gauge AWG wire. Memphis Audio uses pure oxygen-free copper wire to provide maximum conductivity for your system. Copper wire is more expensive but it is capable of delivering more power to your amplifier and work under more extreme conditions. As an added feature, Memphis Audio coats their copper in a tin metal alloy.
